About Louise

My business career started in the banking and insurance industry. I enjoyed various roles including Sales, Marketing, Consumer Loans and Mortgages, Administration, and Management. This experience gave me a wealth of useful skills and a solid common-sense approach to business and personal matters.

I used my successful business background to help create a multi-million dollar computer company from the ground floor up. Our successes were numerous and acknowledged by our peers. As an Owner and Manager, I excelled in sourcing the best suppliers, negotiating optimal credit from banks and suppliers, keeping accounts receivable in line, managing employees, keeping a strong focus on profitability, and representing our company both locally and internationally.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA), I am equipped with the training, skills, and tools needed to strengthen my relationship with business owners and serve as their most trusted advisor.
Through the knowledge learned in the credentialing program, CEPAs holistically plan for an owner’s life outside of their business while successfully building significant value in their organization prior to their exit. Not only will a CEPA help you effectively transition your business, but they will also advise you on personal and personal financial matters.

I am an active, sports-minded, and generally positive person. Most of my business career has been centered around Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, and leadership positions. I created and lead Bolen Distributing Inc., a successful London-based I.T. company for 20 years.

I’ve earned multiple sales and marketing awards over the years. Turning dream customers into profit-generating customers has attributed to my successes, earning me multiple sales and marketing awards over the years.”

Optimizing supplier resources such as credit lines, marketing funds, spiffs, products, and pricing strategies is an expertise that I also developed which is a revenue generator for most businesses.

As a business owner, I have shared the same problems many of my peers face today such as tight cash flows, meeting payroll, working more hours than I ever expected to work, and not being able to take a few weeks of holidays like my employees. This is why we are passionate about helping other business owners THRIVE in their business and personal lives. I have the knowledge and experience of how to grow a business, reduce costs, and deliver results, and measurable profits for every dollar you spend.
